After booking an apartment, you may select how you plan to finance your home purchase. Created with Finnish banks, N&B Mortgage offers a safer, more flexible and cheaper financial solution than a traditional housing company mortgage. 

As a pre-list member, you’ll receive additional information about the project and can buy your own home. Joining the list is free of charge and does not commit you to a purchase. When you join, we also create an N&B Family account for you, allowing you to manage your reservation going forward.

N&B Homes are personalized from options curated by an interior architect. Choose your styles and products to see how your home will look. If you wish, you can book a showroom visit to experience the materials in person.

You have confirmed your order based on the selections you made. The order will be invoiced separately once construction of the house has begun.

Sales for the property have begun and it is now possible to complete the purchase. Before signing the purchase agreement, you must choose your financing method, review the sales documents, and ensure that all shareholder information is up to date for the contract.
